McDonald’s Expands Delivery Service in Nepal with Foodmandu Partnership

Fast-food giant McDonald’s has announced the launch of its delivery service in Nepal through a partnership with Foodmandu, a leading food delivery platform in the country. The move comes as part of McDonald’s efforts to expand its global reach and meet the growing demand for home delivery services.

Customers in Nepal can now order their favorite McDonald’s meals from the comfort of their homes or offices through the Foodmandu app or website. The delivery service is currently available in select locations in Kathmandu, with plans to expand to other parts of the country in the near future.

“We are thrilled to partner with Foodmandu to bring our world-famous burgers, fries, and other McDonald’s favorites to customers in Nepal,” said Tarun Jhunjhunwala, Managing Director, McDonald’s Nepal. “As a customer-centric brand, we are always looking for ways to enhance our customers’ experience and provide them with more convenient options to enjoy our food.”

The partnership with Foodmandu is expected to benefit both companies as they tap into the growing food delivery market in Nepal. “We are excited to partner with McDonald’s and offer our customers the convenience of ordering their favorite meals from one of the most popular fast-food chains in the world,” said Manohar Adhikari, CEO, Foodmandu. “This partnership aligns with our mission to make food delivery easy and accessible for everyone.”

With the launch of its delivery service in Nepal, McDonald’s is poised to strengthen its presence in the South Asian region and provide customers with a more convenient and accessible way to enjoy its iconic menu items. The move is also expected to drive growth for Foodmandu, which has established itself as a leading food delivery platform in Nepal over the past few years.
