National river festival began

Kalandaki rafting and national river festival began on thursday 12 2066
in Syanja District. The festival is inagurated by Yuvraj Kathiwada vice
president of national planning commission in Kuwakot of
Adhighat.According to the Buddhi Man Shrestha, the chairman of
organizing committe said,"the main objective of this festival is to
conduct river rafting from Ramdi to Narayanghat".
The river rafting festival is organizing to promote the tourism in the villages near by kaligandaki river bank.
