Trekking in Nepal: Adventure that provides lifetime memory

Trekking in Nepal is most popular adventure activities that
tourist want to do. Nepal is renowned for trekking and adventure holidays.
Nepal offers best traveling options as it offers various trekking routes,
rafting rivers, climbing mountains and exploring the natural heritage. Every
year the trekkers around the different parts of the world are planning to visit
Nepal as an adventure holidays.
Nepal offers various types of trekking, one can trek by staying in local lodge and walk though the popular routes and another way by fully camping trekking with trekking supportive manpower i.e. guides, cooks and porters. On the basis of difficulty trek routes varies from easy trekking routes to most challenging and difficult one. Short hiking in the lowland of hilly Nepal is easy and trekking up to the base camp of highest mountains and crossing some passes is taken as challenging trekking routes.
To navigate the trekking routes you can categories them as a trekking region. Everest Region also known as Khumbu area is most popular region for adventure trekking in Nepal. Annapurna is second best destination which offers most popular Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek (sunrise & sunset view trek), Annapurna circuit trekking(Thorong la pass crossing trek) and trekking to the base camp of Annapurna which is popular as Annapurna sanctuary trek or Annapurna base camp trek. Third popular trekking destination in Nepal is Langtang region. Lantang valley, Gosiankunda and Helambu are the frequently visited destinations in Nepal. Ganja la pass crossing in Lantang region is taken as most challenging pass in Nepal. Other trekking regions are Manaslu Region, Ganesh Himal region, Dolpo region, Mustang region, Eastern Makalu and Kanchenjunga region. Besides these trekking destinations some are categories on the restricted area which needs special permit to trek and newly opened trekking routes which includes the new trekking trails developed by various organizations and groups
.
Depending upon the duration trekking can be categories in
short trekking and long trekking routes. The price for the trekking package
varies on the basis of duration and complexity of the trekking.
